Shipping

• Free shipping for U.S orders over $45 USD，for orders below $45, a flat rate of shipping fee $7.99 will be charged
• All in-stock items will be shipped from the U.S. 
• Free shipping for international orders(UK, CANADA and AUSTRALIA) over $150 USD，for orders below $150, a flat rate of shipping fee $25 will be charged. (Please note custom&duties fee may be charged by DHL upon arrival of your destination.)
• We are not responsible for any package that is being returned due to incorrect address, it will not be refunded or refilled or you have to pay the shipping cost and the original package will be sent out again.

ORDER ARRIVAL

Arrival time with the free shipping is not guaranteed. For major metropolitan areas, in-stock items will arrive in approximately 3 working days. Outside major metropolitan areas orders will arrive in approximately 4 working days. Pre-order items estimated arrival time is about 2-3 weeks. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to prepare the stock after you placed the order. When the item arrive at our warehouse, we will inspect it, and pack it for pre-shipment to the U.S. Once the parcel arrives in the U.S and gets clear from the U.S custom, a tracking number will be released and we will send a shipping fulfillment email to you.

Please not that the arrival time for pre-order items are subject to change and could be delayed due to U.S customs and other uncontrollable factors.

Return

Regular Items (items that are not marked as "Final Sale") purchased from Nichiq are eligible for a full store credit refund if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fee. For international orders, customer are responsible for 2 ways reshipping for return and exchanges.

All returns must be authorized by us.  Please send the return request to cs@nichiq.com , with order number and specific items requesting to be returned.   

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and come with the original tags, if applied.  The refund will be processed at the time of receipt of the return package, store credit refund will be processed to the account the order was originally placed.  

Sales items, and 30% or more off are final sales, cannot be returned or exchange.

• All items will be shipped from the U.S. 
• We do not ship internationally for snacks

ORDER ARRIVAL

Arrival time is not 100% guaranteed. We will ship out your order within 24 business hours via UPS ground. You should be able to receive a tracking email within 24 hours, However, it's taking slightly longer for UPS to process shipment now during the pandemic. Please allow 2-8 business day for the shipment to be delivered.

Return

If the products is defective or damaged due to negligent handling by UPS. Please email us at stylemiaofficial@gmail.com within 3 business days upon delivery as stated on the UPS tracking system.

**It's the customer responsibility to check on delivery status. We will not accept any return request if the product is damaged or expired if a customer provides a wrong shipping address or cannot accept the shipment on time.
